The Site provides information about residential solar and battery storage and lets you request a custom quote. Quotes, savings figures, and production estimates shown on or generated through the Site are informational estimates only — they are not a binding offer, guarantee of savings, or a contract to install equipment. Any installation is governed by a separate written agreement you sign.

The Site is intended for use by adults (18+) who own, or are authorized to make decisions about, the property they submit. You agree that the information you provide is accurate and yours to share.

By submitting your contact information, you agree that we may contact you about your inquiry by phone, email, or text message as described in our Privacy Policy. You can opt out at any time.

Solar production, utility rates, incentives, and savings depend on factors outside our control — including your roof, shading, weather, usage, utility tariffs, and government policy — and may change. Actual results will vary. Tax incentives depend on your individual circumstances; consult your tax advisor.

You agree not to misuse the Site — including submitting false information, interfering with its operation, scraping or harvesting data, or attempting to access systems or data you are not authorized to access.

The Site and its content (text, graphics, logos, and software) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them except as needed to use the Site for its intended purpose.

The Site may reference or link to third-party products or services (for example, equipment manufacturers or financing providers). We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or terms.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Equipment and workmanship warranties, where offered, are set out in your separate installation agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, and our total liability relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date, and applies to your use of the Site after posting.
